I am plannign to send my family to India in jan,My wife needs H4 stamping as the current stamping expired.
I am seeing and talking with people about the importance of the W2 forms.
I have very weak W2 forma for 2001 and 2002 as I am on bench for some time and left for India
2003 and 2004 are okay.How does it affect her stamping? Are they checking the amount sin W2 forms accurately?
How to answer in such situations?
