Hi all,
I have a question regarding the documents that needed to be presented at the Port-of-entry for a spouse entering on a H4 dependent visa.
My wife is planning to join me soon on a H4. I was wondering if she needed to present the original I-797 approval petition of the principal applicant(Your's truly!) in addition to the photocopy. She only needed to present a photocopy at the US consulate while applying for the H4 visa. Thanks in advance for your responses.
