H4 visa interview

Hi,

Can a person apply for H4 along with his/her spouse. I mean shud the primary H1 visa holder go there first and stay for 2-3 months and spouse can come only after the H1 holder is able to produce 2-3 payslips and SSN#?

Plzzzzz reply...its very urgent
 
Not necessary. I was under the same situation and both of us went for the visa stamping along. This indicates that the primary H1B holder is not really required to go to US first.

Please do get another opinion from some guru. Just wanted to respond you because I was in a same situation earlier.
 
Cud anyone plz tell me, that if we are arranging for an H1/H4 stamping interview together, is it ok? Do the consulate people interview you more strictly in that case?

Will sound a little funny but this is my first interview and am a bit scared that they may reject my husband's H4 visa. It rarely happens that a husband goes on H4
