I was H1 b worker in USA.. I was working for company A Initially and changed to company B in Dec 2002.From then I was woking For Company B.
Company A Denied my wages in 2002, and Paid those wages In 2003 ,Due to this reason even though i havn't worked for company A in 2003 They sent me W2-form..
When my wife went for H4 Visa . the Chenaii Consulate put Query..Saying
Why I Switched Back and Forth to Company B..to Company A and to company B..
How to respond to this Query..
Because I haven' t worked with Company A Once I quit..
I Don't had Good Relation with company A Now.. To ask their help..And they haven't Send any termination when i am Quiting
Remaning all my documents are fine..
Any Gurus can Help me.. to Reply this Query
