H4 visa - Husband green card holder - Urgent help needed

My friend got married to green card holder.She is in india.If she applies for H4 visa, how long will it take to get it.Pleas help me in this regard.

She Cannot apply for H4 Since he is GC Holder.
She can try H1,F1 etc depending on her credentials.
She Can try Follow Join Process if they got married before he got his GC.
