I have the following few questions regading H4 visa and Green Card to Children. I am H1B visa holder and it has been filed for the green card and it is under "Labor approval" stage.
1. What is the age limit for issuing H4 visa (Dependent) to children?
2. If my children are in India, could I file of I-484 for my children?
