Hi Guys:
I have few questions to be asked about the H4 visa stamping for my wife.
1. Does my wife need to make an appointment at the chennai consulate for an H4 stamping.
2. Will the consulate provide with a Hindi Translator at teh consulate as my wife does not speak tamil and she is not so good at English.
3. I came to the US couple of years ago and I opted to do CPA ( Certificed Public Accountant) for which I am currently enrolled upon request to my employer he agreed and Instead of working full time I started working part time for him 24 hours a week. for one year.
I was gathering information on the web site and came to know that My W2 should match the LCA will it create a problem to get a visa for my wife when she goes for stamping..
I have the current pay slips since the last 6 or 7 months the salary matches the LCA. as i have gone back to the company to work full time.
Can anybody please give me suggestions on the above matter.
ALso. I am basically from chennai and I have heard that the chennai consulate is a tough place to go for a visa can I send my wife to delhi for her visa.
