I am a Canadian Immigrant and currently working here in the States. I just got approval for H1b VISA for myself which is valid till '05. Here are my questions;
1. I heard that I can apply for actual VISA on the passport at American Consulate in Canada for a fee of $140.00. Is this more appropriate to do rather than going personally to American Consulate in Canada? Also, how long will it take for a) applying while I am still in States b) going to consulate personally?
2. How can I proceed with applying H4 for my spouce who is also Canadian Immigrant?
Any information will be highly appreciated...
