My husband got offer for a company A, this company sponsered his H1B.
I together with my husband and son attended the H1B/H4 visa interview.
But it went on administrative processing. After getting no response for
3-4 months my husband applied for a job in india. He got the job and is
working presently in india. Meanwhile another US company B offered him job
and sponsered his H1B. He got the H1B approved. After H1B approval of company B,
company A H1B/H4 visa got stamped. Now, my husband accepted company B's offer and
we applied for visa appointment date. But due to non availiability of group appointment
early my husband booked individual(H1B) appointment. And also got it stamped.
Now, the situation is my husband is having new company's H1B and me and
my son has old company's H4. Can I travel with my husband to US with H4 of
old company when my husband is having H1B of new company. My H4 is valid till 2008.
I want to get it stamped next year when I come back home.
