I am using this forum for the first time. I will really appreciate any help in this matter.
I am on H1 visa. I got it stamped from Mumbai this June. I am getting married in Jan 2003. My wife is from Rajasthan which falls under Delhi. But I learned from the website (www.visa-services.com) that she can apply in Mumbai too ("If the principal applicant can apply at the Consulate in Mumbai, so can the dependent applicant.") But it seems they don't have drop box for H4 applicants who will be visiting US for the first time.
So it seems she can apply at both the places but will have to take an appointment at Mumbai (Please correct me if I am wrong) It will be great if someone can advice me to go for one against another.
