My current H1B is valid till Sept, 2006 and second H1B has been already approved (from Sept, 2006) till Sept, 2009. Also H1B visa has been stamped till Sept, 2006. My Wife is scheduled to appear for H4 VISA interview on May’25th, 2006. Since my wife is pursuing her higher education, she will not be able to come to US until Oct, 2006.
My question is, If she attends the interview on May’25th, 2006, Do you think she will be able to get the stamping based on my extension (Sept, 2009) or based on my current visa date (Sept, 2006)?
