Hello all. I am on an H1 Visa from my old company which merged with another company to form a new company. but everything remains the same including job responsibilities and day to day duties. Do i need to ammend my petition? I am planning to go to my home country and get married with my fiancee. She would them apply for H-4 visa. Would the merger be a problem? My Petition and visa shows that I work for X company which does not exisit now. She would take reference letter and pay stubs but they won\'t have my old company name. Would that be a problem to the officer? Please help me.
