I would be applying for H4 Visa Application for my spouse at the Mumbai Visa Consulate in Jan. I would like to check if an appt. can be obtained before my wife's passport gets changed (She would have a new passport no.). Also, from the Mumbai Visa consulate website, I am aware that all the supporting documents need to be sent to the Consulate one month before the appt. Any recent experiences at the Mumbai Visa Consulate that can be shared would be greatly appreciated.
