H4 Visa Apointment

My wife is planning to travel in Jan 07 and needs new visa stamped on it (Delhi Consulate).

Please advise if apt can be scheduled from here or someone in India from our family has to got o HDFC and deposit the fee to get bar code number and then schedule the apt.

Yes, someone in India has to go to HDFC and deposit fee and get bar code. Then after that you can do everything from here.
