i am on h-4 visa. can i join affiliate marketing (from home) in which i have to spend some money initially .. the earning is in form of commissions..
i am not sure how it will be taxed though and what tax documentation i will get ?
is it considered as work..since i wont be working for anyone else..
will this be legal or not? I would like to know your opinions before deciding to plunge..
