Hi Guys,
Here is my situation. My old H1 (Stamped) is valid until November 07. Last year I changed job and got the new H1 (Approved, but not stamped) which is good until March 09.
I am taking a trip back home to get married next month and my (to be)wife is going for H4 interview in May this year. Will she get H4 valid thru November 07 or March 09??
Can I go for new H1 stamping with her? Or it's not required and she will get H4 good until March 09 since my petition is approved? I don't want to go for H1 stamping if I don't have to.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
