Hello,

Does the dependent's visa 'expire', if not utilised? Here is my situation, my wife and kids want to join me 8 months after I enter US on H1. Their H4 is stamped.

No... it doesnot expire untill the visa expiration date on the stamping...

Dont worry they can come..
