Hi All
Myself and my wife were on F1 & F2 Visa respectively in US.
I got a job and we applied ( The Company I am working for) for H1 & H4 respectively. While the status was still pending my wife had to travel to India on an emergency.
Recently I received the approval notice for both of us.
Now my wife wants to come back to USA.
Now I my real concern is since she traveled while her status was pending ( We had not applied for advance parole for traveling since it was an emergency) and I have already received her approval notice, can she come back without any problems. She will be going to Mumbai consulate for the stamping. Will she face any problems.
Please help urgently..
