H4 to L1 - URGENT!! Please help!!!
I am on an H4 in US.
I have only 8 months experience in the company for which I was working in India.In addition to that I have taken 4 months of leave.
So , will 8 months of work experience and 4 months of leave(Total 1 year) make me eligible for L1 visa?
If not, are there any loop holes to get me eligible ?
If yes, will I ahve to go back to India to get the L1 visa stamped ?
FYI: I have around 2 years experience other than this in my first company.
Will that help ?
