I have applied for change in status from H4 to J1 (i-539). I have recieved RFE on this case. Does anybody know how long do Vermont service center take to provide deciosioning once RFE documents are sent. Also is it better to send the RFE document through a legal representation (Atorney). I would really appreciate if anyone can provide me with any infromation on this topic. Thanks
