H4 to H1B

Hi,

Currently, I am on H4 visa.

Once my H1B is approved, can I work in USA with out going to India for getting my visa?

Can you please clarify this immly, as I have to plan accordingly.

U can start working on H1B. U need new H1B stamp in the passport only to re-reenter into US.
