Hi To All ,
I got my approval of Change of status from H4 to H1b On may 2004
and from june onwards iam started working . I have all my pay stubs with out break but i don't have w2 forms (as previous status is h4) . now i want to go to mexico for stamping . can u please share your experiences who has same problem . can any one know what are the required documents needed for change of status from h4 to h1b .
do we need h4 financial documents (spouse document h1b ) for stamping ?
