I-539 to change status from H1B to H4
My wife presently on H4 and got H1B to work from October 2007.
As she is carrying now, we would like to change her status again back to H4 on october by sending I-539 to INS.
My question is, can she change her status back to H1B again within 6 years without applying H1B from scratch like 65,000 quota ? And is it ok in between we travel to india any number of times and get stampped on H4 ?
