H4 to H1B Stamping at Toronto

Hi

I came here to US on H4 Visa on April 2005, and then I converted into H1B visa. From March 2006 onwards she is working here in US

I am planning to appear for H1B stamping at Toronto. Please let me know the following

• Can I appear for H1B stamping at Toronto (Through status Change H4 to H1) or Do I need to go Native country to get my H1B Stamp
• Is any one of you got a stamping in Toronto as my case( H4 to H1)
