H4 to H1

Hi,
For nearly 3 years now I have been under H4 visa. I am a TX certified teacher who previously worked in the USA under J1 visa but I've been looking for school districts around DFW area to sponsor my H1b but so far no luck. Apart from Dallas, Mesquite, Garland ISD nobody else is willing to sponsor. My question is: do you know of any other organization/district/non-profit org. who hires/sponsors teachers? I need to get a job soon. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a family member in the Dallas area who is a US citizen and certified teacher with experience as a teacher abroad and as a paraprofessional in Dallas area schools. She is fluent in Spanish. She is also looking for a full time teaching job.

Why should they sponsor an H1B when they have qualified USCs - even working in the district at this time - looking for jobs? Who deserves it most - her or you?

If you need a job, you can return home to teach; she and the other unemployed teachers in the area cannot go to your country.
