Really appreciate this advice.
My wife was on H1 in 2004, and later quit the job and is now on H4, Now she wants to join work, if a company A wants to hire her and applies for her H1, she will not fall in to the quota as she has already held h1 once.SO they have filed H1 for her
Now there is this company B which wants to hire her, and will only do H1 transfer from prvious employer and will not do new H1B (i dont quite understand why), so if company B has to file a transfer for her after she has joined company A, will she need paystubs OR she can ask company B to start processing even though she has been working on H1 with company A only for a few days?
She wants to join company B.
