My wife camt to USA on March 5th on H4.
She has gota job but the company says that they cannot apply for her H4 to H1 trasfer for 90 days. So apparently they can only apply for her H1 on june 5th now. I had some other lawyer tell me that the period is 60 days. Can you tell me when she can apply for H1. We want to do it at the earliest since the quota might get full.
