I have urgent query. I am on H4 and my visa expires on 1st Oct 2007. I want to apply for H1 this year.
So want to ask can extend my H4 and apply for H1.
case 1 if i apply for h4(which expires on 1st of october 2007) extension in june as my husband's company does and if i get h1 before october and then what would my status be h1 or h4?
case 2 if i apply only for h1 and dont extend h4 and my h1 comes after oct (because in some cases it happens it comes that h1 comes later) then what ?
when could premium processing can be done ,no idea of that.
