H4 - H1 Visa stamping - Urgent

Hello all,

Can anyone please tell me if I can go for H1 stamping(with future start date) as soon as I receive my H1 approval. I am currently on H4

For example if I have a future start date in August 2007 on my h1 can i go for H1 stamping in July ??
(I had a H1 earlier in 2003 so I would not be under new quota. )
Do I need to have paystubs for my Visa stamping.

Questions
1. What are the documents needed for H4 to h1.
2. Can I go for stamping in canada.
3. Can I go for H1 Visa stamping without having paystubs(future start date in my H1B). Is it possible to ask for a future start date in H1B and go for stamping?
