I was on H4 and changed my visa to H1B in Nov 2004. I got my SSN in december 2004 and started to work from March 2005.
1. Can i get my h1 stamped at Mexico?
2. I am planning to goto Mexico for stamping. What if they direct me to home country i.e India (which i want to go later this year), Can i come back to US on my previous H4 visa (which is valid till july 2006)?
3.Can i continue my job as i would be going on two days leave?
