I am holding h4 and my husband's H1 will be revoked on May 1st. I got a job offer in university to sponsor my H1B. They promised me to file my application before May 1st. Will my case be referred or get any problem when USCIS reviews my case after May 1st? At that time, my H4 visa should be revoked. Thank you for advice in advance.
