My H1 and My wife H4 Visas filed with company A on 15-October-2004. By that time My wife is having H1(October-2004 Quota) from company B. She didn't start working because she didn’t have Social Security Number. Our H1, H4 visas from Company A on Jan-2005.
Please let me know whether her H1 visa is still valid or not ?
Please let me know whether she can change her employer now?
