1) I have applied for H1 extension for me and H4 for wife. I have applied just now ( March 1st week) and I am expecting it by April end or in May -2007. Is it correct to file H4 to H1 before H4 approval. If both are filed at the same time will it be a problem?
2) After H4 approval and after filing H1 is it ok to travel to India in June-July 2007 and return back in H4, as H1 will get approved only in October.
3) So if there will be a possible issue, is it advisable to do H1 seperately instead of transfer from H4-H1.
