Hi,
I and my wife have a pending I-485,EAD and AP application. My wife is currently on H4 visa.
6 yrs back 2 companies A & B had applied my wife's H1, She never worked on the H1 or got her passport stamped. But we did get her SSN based on company B's H1 approval. During these 6 yrs, I have changed 2 employers, got her 2 new H4s and her passport has latest H4 stamp.
while submitting the 485 application, I entered her SSN and am expecting some queries or issues wrt to her previous H1's...
We have been careless enough to even loose those H1's. I don't have a copy or original of those H1.
any ideas, thoughts on where this may lead too.
