My wife came her on H4 visa. Her H1 was approoved for just 6 months(??) and is valid till December 2001. This has not been stamped yet.
Her company has applied for the extension and I think it wont come before Jan 2002.
Now, If we go to India in Decmber, what will be her status?
Can she come back on the H-4 stamp?
