My wife is on H4 and has valid visa until sep'05. She applied for H1 in Dec'04 and got EAC number. Actually her work starts from Jun'05. Can she go to India now?. Does she need to wait until she gets H1 approval?. Is it a problem if the H1 approved while she is in India? The H1 stamping thing is confusing. Do we require to get H1 VISA stamping even if not travelling outside USA?.
