My wife (currently on H4) has an approved H1 from oct 2006. She is planning to visit the Vancouver Consulate on Nov 20, 2006. By this time she should have 2 paystubs. She was on F1 from Jan 2002 to Jun 2004 and studying for her Masters. Due to family reasons she needed to go to India and discontinue her Masters. From jan 2005 she was back in the US on H4. She has her trasncripts from the University. is it safe for her to go to Canada. She needs to go to India in Dec and this was our only hope to make the travel possible.
Please advice.
