H4 to H1 Stamping in Canada (and below $65K salary)

Hi,

I am in USA on H1 and my wife was on H4 before she got her H1.
But her salary is less than $65K.

If we go to Canada/Mexico for her H1 stamping, would there any issues because:

1) Its her first time for H1 stamping
2) Her salary is less than $65K

It would be very helpful if someone has had a similar situation and would like to share their experiences.

1) IT should not be a problem
2) There will not be a problem even if her salary is 40K and meets the minimum wages per LC requirement.
