There was an RFE sent for a H4 to H1 tranfer application. The RFE is asking for project details, client contract information, start date, end date and the contract rate. The lawyer says that he has not seen any such RFE in the past. My question is has anybody else come across something like this and how do you respond to such a RFE. Also does this mean that the chances of H1 rejection is high? Thanks
