My H4 visa is valid till JAN-20-2007 and stamped in the passport. I applied for H1b Visa for the first time in July 2005, i am not sure when will i get my h1b approval. I have a plan to go to India on a vocation in December 2005 and return to US in Jan 2006.
1)Can i use my valid H4 visa to enter US while my h1b is in process/ approved?
2)should i must get my h1b stamping if i have the h1b approval?
3)What if i get my h1b approval before i goto india/when i am in india and i don't find appointment dates with US Consualte in india before my planned arrival date?
