I am in a dilemma whether to visit India or not.?
I came here on h4(STAMPED in passport).....then got h1 in may2002(NOT STAMPED)...... ve not yet worked....
& now ve to visit India to attend sisters marriage.I ve following doubts...
1.Can i come back on h4 visa & still i will be able to utilize my h1 or will i ve to get the h1 stamping done.?
2.In case h1 stamping gets rejected then can i come back on h4.?
3.My spouce has recently changed his company so will i ve to get the new h4 stamping in case i ve to travel on h4?
4.I ve heard that AFTER GETTING H1 STAMPED if one is not on project for 60-90 days then h1 stands cancelled & u r in OUT OF STATUS stage ?Is it true?
5.In case h1 stamping is needed where it will be advisable to get it done here in US or in INDIA.
PLease suggest...as i ve no proper information regarding this stuff.
