I am in prob,i transferred my status from H4 to H1.My H1 was approved in Aug 04 and i am on H1 status since Oct 2004. And my employer is not able to place me on project.so i dont have any pay stubs
and i am planning to stamp my H1 from india.as my wife has to go back in march end.so I a m planning to go with her and do H1 stamping from india and reenter US.kindly let me know without pay stubs,can it be possible or what should i do.do suggest me...
