My wife's applied for change of status from H4 to H1 on July 13th 2006. Her H4 was expiring on 10th October 2006.
The H1 was approved on 17th October 2006 with the I94 indicating a start date of 10/17/2006.
The sponsoring company says that the gap is less that 30 days and should be fine. Should we be concerned about this? How do we fix this?
Has anyone gone through something similar and what would be the future complications. Please help
