I was hoping some of you could give me some information.
Eventhough I applied for my I-485 , my spouse could not as we were not married then & by the time we got married the dates had retrogressed (gone back). She came here on a H4(based on my H1). Yesterday she attended an interview & got a job & they are willing to sponser her H1B.
Suppose she is getting the H1B thru this co,
My q is, can she file her I-485(as a dependant) when my PD date becomes current ?
