Hi,
I am on H4 visa currently and my H1 has been applied in April of 2015. I received an RFE and after sometime my consultant sent the RFE response back with premium processing. My question is that my husband (who is on H1 currently) has to travel to India for some medical reasons for 10 calendar days while my RFE response is under review. Will his travel out of the country create some issue in my H1 application.
Please help.
