Hello All,
This is regarding conversion from H4 to H1. My wife has been in the US for about a month on H4 visa. She completed most part of her MS (Computer Science) from US university through distance learning. She has registered for the remaining course and wud complete her MS in May 2006.
Now, my question is can she apply for H1B under special quota for Masters degree holders or will she be under the regular quota.
