hi,
I was on H1 status with employer A on passport.
My wife was on H4 status and her passport is also showing employer A.
Now I have changed my employer to B, but I did not file for my wifes H4 as her I94 is valid till Oct 2007 and INS said he doesn't need to file it.
But now I'm filing for her H1...and she has got a query that her husbands(mine) empoyement with employer A has been terminated so what is her status..... if anyone has gone thru this problem let me know...
