Hello Friends.
I need some advice. I am presently on H1b since Jan 99 and have my LC pending since 02 and currently on my 7th Year H1b Extension. I am getting married in May 05 and will bring my wife with me on a H4 visa in June 05. After i get back can we file for her H1 so that she can work here ??.In other words will there be any issues for the change of status from H4 to H1 as i am running on my H1b 7th Year.
