"H4 to H1 and effect on Current Green Card process?"
Could anyone please advise me, as it’s very important for us to make a decision?
We have just replied to 45 Days letter to USCIS. My wife wants to apply for H1B visa through a different company B. I want to know what would be the effect of this on our current Green Card application (GC through my company i.e. A) as of today and also in future.
I mean, would she be included in my green card process at every stage either she being on H1 or H4 visa and she does not have to apply for Green Card on her own when she goes on H1B.
