H4 to H1 after H4 is approved for 7th yr. extension

Hi,

Namaste to all.

My employer has filed for 7th year extension. Now my wife is on H4. Is it possible for to apply (By willing employer) for H1 for my wife and get it approved once her 7th year H4 gets approved?
